Is your turquoise real?
-Yes! Our turquoise is genuine mined turquoise ore and unless otherwise listed, is stabilized at our Tempe, Arizona facility. Unfortunately it is increasingly common to see "turquoise" in stores and online which is in fact other minerals or imitation stones such as dyed magnesite. You'll find only genuine turquoise stone here.
Shipping
-We ship worldwide via USPS Priority Shipping. Domestic packages arrive in 1-3 days. We process orders within 2 business days.
Returns
-Returns are accepted but we must be contacted upon receipt. Please contact us for returns within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, however, a shipping label may be sent to you for your convenience at the customer's expense.
What if the color of the turquoise doesn't look the same as on the website?
-This is a tricky situation as colors change depending on the light source and pictures vary dramatically from one computer screen to the next. I use a high CRI light source with custom calibrated camera settings to achieve as accurate color as possible.
Tax Exemption
-If you qualify to purchase as tax exempt, please make an account by clicking HERE and send us a copy of your valid business/tax license to info@azturquoise.com. I will then mark your account as tax exempt and you will not be charged sales tax at checkout. Please expect 1 business day turnaround.
Customs, Duties, Fees
-AZ Turquoise is not responsible for any customs, duties, or fees you may receive in your country. Please factor your known fees into your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
